CS-T200 延展性PTFE接口密封垫
采用显微纤维内部结构的100%纯聚四氟乙烯材料,稳定性极好。显微纤维化结构使原始的聚四氟乙烯成为尺寸稳定性高,抗蠕变性能好的垫圈材料。具有使用寿命长,可靠性高的特点,柔软而富有弹性,具有很好的密封性,即使在磨损的或不平坦的法兰表面上也是如此。自粘性带可使接头密封胶固定到位使在车间或现场的组装简便易行。适用于蒸汽容器,法兰,人孔,玻璃接头,陶瓷接头,换热器,水系统,液压和气动系统,泵室或压缩机室法兰等。
使用方法:
清理擦干密封面,选择某一宽度的膨体聚四氟乙烯密封带,撕去粘胶带保护纸,将密封带粘压在密封面外沿,两端头在某一螺栓处交叉相迭,交叉点以外各余2cm以上(注意:在平面法兰上使用,两端头必须交叉相迭。在凹槽法兰上使用,可以平行相叠,相叠2cm以上。),合上对应密封面,均匀紧固各螺栓,两端头交叉部位也会被压至与其它部位一样的厚度,交叉处绝不会泄漏。

CS 200 is adopted the micro-fibrillated structure 100% PTFE The micro-fibrillated structure tums ordinary PTFE into a dimensional strong, creep resistant gasket material. It is soft and pliable to conform to worn or uneven flange surface and effect a tight seal. Yet it is resistant to cold flow and creep for long reliable life. The tape is with adhesive back for ease of installation at plant or scene. It can use at steam contain, flange, man-hole, glass joint, ceramic joint, heat transfer, water system, hydraulic pressure, gas system, pump or compression machine flange etc.
Usage Method:
Clean and dry the sealing surface, select a width of PTFE sealing tape, tear off adhesive tape protection paper, press the sealing belt on the outer edge of the sealing face, the two ends overlap at a certain bolt. Note: for flat flanges, the two ends must cross over each other above 2cm (Note: for use on plane flanges, the two ends must cross over. When used on groove flanges, it is possible to overlap in parallel with.), above 2cm and close the corresponding sealing surface, fasten the bolts uniformly, and the cross parts of both ends will be pressed to the same thickness as other parts, and there will be no leakage at the intersection.
