CS-G601 金属透镜垫 在高压管道连接中，广泛使用透镜垫密封结构。透镜垫的密封面均为球面，与管道的锥形密封面相接触，初始状态为一环线。在预紧力作用下，透镜垫在接触处产生塑性变形，环线变成环带，密封性能较好。由于接触面是由球面和斜面自然形成，垫片易对中。透镜垫片密封属于强制密封，密封面为球面与锥面相接触，易出现压痕，零件的互换性较差。此外，垫片制造成本较高，加工也较困难。
CS-G601 Metal lens Gasket is widely used in high-pressure pipe connections.The sealing surfaces of the lens gasket are spherical,contact with the tapered sealing surface of the pipe,the initial state is a loop.Under pretightening force,the lens gasket produces plastic deformation at the contact, the loop becomes annular belt, and the sealing performance is better.Since the contact surface is formed naturally by the spherical surface and the inclined surface, the gasket is easy to align.Lens gasket seal belongs to the forced seal, the sealing surface is spherical and cone surface contact, easy to appear indentation, the interchangeability of parts is poor.In addition, gasket manufacturing costs are higher, and processing is more difficult.
